in the purchase of property in Morocco. It is normal
to pay 2.5 % of the price of the property to the estate

of sale is signed, is paid 1%. And for inscription of
the property at the Property Registry, a further 5%
tax is paid. Annual tax in the case of a private property
are minimal. In the case of a business premises, the
tax depends on the type of business.
